From his book, Senses in Sucrose, Chef Cortez will display four emotions with a unique dessert combining design, art and experimental cuisine in one amazing culinary adventure.

Roberto’s artwork and desserts will be beautifully enhanced by: Yuri Kinoshita (lighting designer www.yurikinoshita.com), Appolonia Roldan (architect/designer www.roldanappoloniawork.com) and Tara Slinden (floral designer).
